Stock Availability
GAME.com.au stock levels are not "live", therefore stock availability indicated cannot be guaranteed as 100% accurate. Updates to stock information are completed once in every 24 hour period. GAME does not make any representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency, or reliability of any information and shall not be liable for any lack of the foregoing. As such, stock infomation (including availability), while as accurate as possible, should be viewed as is indicitive only.
Availability of a product is indicated to you above the "Add item to Cart" button on the detailed product page as well as the search results page. If a product is not available to purchase or order, the buy button will not allow you to add the item to your shopping cart.
In Stock - Usually ships within 24 hours
This means that the item is in stock in our distribution centre and can be despatched to you right away via your chosen method of shipping, after which the normal Delivery Lead Times apply.
Low Stock - Usually ships within 3-5 business days
From time to time, stock levels of popular or difficult to source products may mean we are unable to despatch your item immedaitely. To ensure we can fulfil your order, it may be necessary to scour our store network to obtain stock. This means that the item will usually take 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) to leave our Distribution Centre, after which the normal Delivery Lead Times apply.
In store only - Check your local store
The product is not currently available to purchase online and we are unable to confirm when/if we will obtain further supplies at the present time. The product may be available via our retail store network. Please contact your closest GAME store to confirm availability.
Preorder - X days to go
We will despatch your preordered item to you on or before the day prior to release (subject to availability), via your chosen method of shipping so you'll receive it as close to the release date as possible! Please note that release dates are subject to change.
Pricing
Our prices are intended to be competitive in respect to other websites selling a similar product range. We constantly compare our top chart titles against other websites to ensure we continue to bring you great prices.
For this reason there may be differences between prices on this site to those in our store chain, where the strategy is to price competitively in the local market. In instances where our online price is lower than in one of our stores, that store is not able to match the online price.
Note: All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Preorders
GAME guarantees that you will receive the lowest possible price advertised by us on all preorders!
Preorders will be supplied at the advertised price when the order is placed, or at the price as it stands when we begin to process your order - whichever is the lowest.
The only exception to this may be where the product has changed from the original description given e.g. it now includes a special controller. In this case, you will be notified immediately and given the option to continue with your preorder, amend the order or cancel without forfeiting your preorder deposit.
We usually begin to process orders a couple of days prior to delivery, but can be earlier depending on location, if this is required to get your order to you for release day. We endeavour to maintain adequate supplies of product to meet anticipated demand but can in no way guarantee availability of any item.
