Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders can be cancelled, but may result in the $10 preorder deposit being forfeited at the discretion of GAME. To cancel a preorder, submit your request using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form, making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.

Alterations or Deletions
Should you need to make alterations or deletions on an order, submit your request using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form, making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.

Please note: Alterations or deletions to orders cannot be made once the order has started processing. You can check the status via the My Orders area of the website after signing into your GAME account.
