Checking your Order Status
Where can I check my Order Status?
Your order history, including current and completed orders, can be accessed via the My Orders area of the website.

Each order is listed in date order (oldest to newest) and provides options to view order details/status for each order and the ability to reprint a Tax Invoice for your records.

What does my Order Status mean?
Individual products within an order can have different statuses attributed to them. For example, an order may contain 1x Pending item, 1x Preordered item and 1x Shipped item.

  • Backordered: This product is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
  • Cancelled: This product has been cancelled, usually at your request. If you are not sure why a particular product has been cancelled, please submit a GAME.com.au Order Enquiry via the Contact Form.
  • Packed: This product has been processed and packed, ready to ship.
  • Pending: This product has been ordered and is awaiting initial processing ready to be be packed.
  • Preordered: This product has not yet been released and will be packed and shipped shortly before the release date.
  • Preorder Declined: An unsuccessful attempt has been made to process the remaining balance owing on this preorder. An automated email has been sent with further instructions.
  • Shipped: This item has been shipped. Please use the tracking link in the status column to follow it's progress.
