GAME guarantees that you will receive the lowest possible price advertised by us on all preorders!
Preorders will be supplied at the advertised price when the order is placed, or at the price as it stands when we begin to process your order - whichever is the lowest.
What is a Preorder product?
A preorder product is a product that has not yet been released. By preordering, you are reserving yourself a copy of the game for launch day. This is especially important for Limited Edition or other eagerly anticipated items.
GAME will also offer exclusive preorder bonuses from time to time that only apply to products that are ordered before day of release.
If I preorder an item when will I receive it?
We will ship your preordered item to you prior to release via Australia Post Express Post. The majority of preorders arrive for the day of release. GAME cannot guarantee delivery by release date for preorder deliveries, because Australia Post cannot make this guarantee.
As our Distribution Centre is located in Sydney, orders to the West Coast of Australia may take 1-2 additional business days to arrive. If you require more detailed shipping information, please refer to our Delivery Lead Times & Shipping Costs FAQ.

If I preorder an item, will you charge me for it right away?
No. A $10 preorder deposit will be charged to your nominated card upon completion of the order. The remaining balance is charged to your credit card only when your order is ready to ship.
Your invoice will show you how much you have paid, how much is owing and what the order total is. You'll have a chance to print the invoice upon completion of your order. Don't worry too much if you forget to print it, as a copy will be emailed to you.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders can be cancelled, but may result in the $10 preorder deposit being forfeited at the discretion of GAME. To cancel a preorder, submit your request using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form, making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.
What happens if my credit card is delcined when the balance is being charged?
If your credit card is delcined due to insufficient funds or has been cancelled since the order was placed, an automated email will be sent immediately to the email address nominated in the billing details.
This email will contain instructions allowing you to amend your credit card details against the preorder, attempt the preorder balance charge again or request to cancel the preorder.
