Please Note: Products bought online can be returned to any GAME Retail Store within the limits of the conditions outlined below, so long as the product is accompanied by a valid GAME.com.au Tax Invoice.
- Goods purchased online or in-store may be returned to any GAME Retail Store for a full refund or exchanged within seven (7) days, provided they are in a saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt or tax invoice. Customers are limited to two exchanges within the seven (7) day period.
- Faulty software & accessories where the seal has been broken, or products that do not meet the description may be returned up to ninety (90) days after the despatch date. A Return Authorisation must be obtained via Customer Service before a reply paid postage shipping label can be issued.
- Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned to any GAME Retail Store for refund or exchange within twenty-eight (28) days of the despatch date if deemed unsuitable. Returned hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks, manuals etc.) and include all packing materials in their original condition before the product can be accepted as a return.
