I've accidently ordered the wrong product, what do I do?
If you have accidently ordered the worong product or the wrong platform (e.g. PS3 instead of Wii), please create a Support Request as soon as possible using the "GAME.com.au Order Enquiry" option on the Contact Form, making sure to include:
- Details of the incorrectly ordered products(s)
- Details of the correct product you were after
- Your Order Number
- Your Name
- Email Address
- A contact Phone Number
What happens next?
Our Customer Service department will usually respond to your Support Request within a few business hours (Monday-Friday). If processing for the order can be halted before it ships, we will amend the order to reflect your requested changes and continue processing. Be aware that products do vary in price, so altering your order may result in additional charges being applied before the order is finalised.
Unfortunately we are unable to halt an order once it has shipped. You are more then welcome to return the item within the agreed Return Period to any GAME Retail Store throughout Australia or directly to us via post:

Please Note:
- If you return any products to us, please obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from the Post Office. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcel returned to us.
- International customers should be aware that we are unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our Returns Policy.
- Please note items bought in 'bundle deals', such as 2 for $30 or hardware and software packs, if returned separately, will result in the full price being charged for other items in the special offer - and the refund adjusted accordingly.
Will I be charged to send an incorrectly ordered product back?
If the product has already been shipped to you, GAME is unable to cover postage costs for returning the item. You can however return the product to any GAME Retail Store throughout Australia.
If Customer Service have issued you with a Return Authorisation, GAME will cover all return postage for the product as per the Repy Paid postage note. However we are unable to cover postage costs for items sent from international locations.
