Returning a product bought Online to a GAME Store
You can return goods bought online through GAME.com.au to any GAME Retail Store throughout Australia.

You must return any item using the Tax Invoice supplied with your product and have your credit or debit card used for the original purchase with you for the Store to process the refund. If you no longer have the Tax Invoice, a copy can be reprinted by in the My Orders area of the website.

If you purchased a 'bundle deal', please remember that all parts of the bundle must be returned for a refund to be processed. 

Returning a product to GAME via post 
Faulty products, products that have been shipped incorrectly or goods that do not meet the description specified by GAME can be returned within the agreed Return Period using our postage-paid service, once a Return Authorisation has been issued by GAME Customer Service.

Return Authorisation for a product can be obtained using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.

What happens if I need to return a product to GAME for any other reason?
If you wish to return a parcel outside the agreed Return Period or for any other reason, the return address is:

Please Note:

  • If you return any products to us, please obtain a Proof of Posting receipt from the Post Office. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcel returned to us.
  • International customers should be aware that we are unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our Returns Policy.
  • Please note items bought in 'bundle deals', such as 2 for $30 or hardware and software packs, if returned separately, will result in the full price being charged for other items in the special offer - and the refund adjusted accordingly.
