Returning a product bought in a GAME Store
Purchases made in store can be returned to any GAME Retail Store throughout Australia, under the following conditions:
  • Goods (excluding PC CD-ROM Games, PC DVD-ROM Games, Console Hardware, Accessories and Gift Vouchers/Cards) may be returned for refund or exchange within seven (7) days of the purchase date, provided they are in a saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt. Customers are limited to two exchanges within the seven (7) day period.
  • Hardware and accessory products must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before they can be accepted as a return.
  • Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to ninety (90) days from the purchase date.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for any return.
