Returns & Refunds
You must return any item using the Tax Invoice supplied with your product and have your credit or debit card used for the original purchase with you for the Store to process the refund. If you no longer have the Tax Invoice, a copy can be reprinted by in the My Orders area of the website.
If you purchased a 'bundle deal', please remember that all parts of the bundle must be returned for a refund to be processed.
Will I be charged to send an unwanted product back? If the product has already been shipped to you, GAME is unable to cover postage costs for returning the item. You can however return the product to any GAME Retail Store throughout Australia.
