Delivery lead times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Every effort will be made for all orders for "immediately" available items received at GAME prior to 1.00PM EST (Mon - Fri) to be shipped that day.
East Coast deliveries are usually delivered next working day, providing your order is placed before 1:00PM EST (Mon-Fri).
Preorder items may be despatched at different times to in-stock items and may incur a separate delivery charge.
This applies to products which are currently available in our distribution centre, you will be advised via email of any delays should items not be available.
If your order is sent via the Registered Post delivery service, someone at the delivery address will be required to sign for it.
In the event that there is nobody available to sign for the order at the nominated delivery address, it will be taken back to your local Post Office to await collection by you. Australia Post will leave a card explaining what to do next.
We are unable to ship orders outside of Australia.
GST is charged, where applicable, on all orders shipped.
