Lost in Transit Orders
What should I do if I think my parcel is missing?
Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below:
  1. Have you checked on the status of your order using the information provided on the My Orders page?
  2. Has it been more than 7 working days since your order was shipped? Orders to WA may take up to 4-5 working days to reach you.
  3. Have you contacted your local Australia Post Delivery Centre or Post Office to check if they are holding the order? Australia Post may have tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you and consequently taken the parcel back to your local Australia Post outlet. To find your closest Post Office, please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability).

What next?
If you believe that your order is lost in transit, please contact us using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait fourteen (14) business days before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system within this period, as advised by Australia Post.
