What method will you use to ship my order to me?
GAME ships most orders via Australia Post Registered Post, however certain orders will ship via alternative methods (see below).

Preorders are generally shipped via Australia Post Express Post to ensure delivery as close to release as possible.

After I place an order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
Please refer to Delivery Lead Times & Shipping Costs for detailed shipping information.

If I Preorder an item when will I receive it?
We will ship your preordered item to you on or before the day prior to release (subject to availability and delivery location), via your chosen method of shipping. This will mean that you will normally receive it on the release date. Please note that release dates are subject to change.

Do you ship to overseas customers?
Currently GAME does not ship to addresses outside Australia.

My order has shipped, so where is it?
Once you have successfully placed your order and received e-mail confirmation back from us, you can track your parcel using the tracking links provided in the My Orders area of the website.

Lost in transit deliveries - what's your policy?
In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Before contacting GAME to report a lost order or late delivery, please refer to the Lost in Transit Orders FAQ page.

If you believe that your order is lost in transit, please contact us using the GAME.com.au Order Enquiry option on the Contact Form making sure to include as much detail as possible including your Order Number, Name, Email and a Phone Number.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait fourteen (14) business days before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system during this period, as advised by Australia Post.

It may also be advisable to contact your local Australia Post delivery centre to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?
In most cases, yes. However, for security reasons we are only able to make delivery of certain orders to the home address of the person placing the order, the credit/debit card holder.

Please Note: Orders being sent to an alternative delivery address may be subject to security checks and delivery times will therefore be extended.

Is it possible to specify a particular delivery time ?
Unfortunately, no. As we rely on Australia Post's delivery network, we are unable to issue specific delivery timeframes to delivery drivers.

Do I need to be at home to sign for my delivery?
You will have to sign for your delivery as it will be shipped via Registered Post. As such Australia Post are unable to follow specific delivery instructions such as "leave the parcel on the doorstep" that would result in a parcel being delivered without a signature being obtained.

 

Please Note: If nobody is at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), Australia Post will hold your order for you at your local Australia Post office or delivery centre. In most cases, a card will be left at the address to advise you what to do in this case
