How can I see what stage my order is up to?
When you complete an order at GAME.com.au, you will be presented with a confirmation screen, which amongst other things provides your with an Order Number. This Order Number can be used to check on the progress of your order up until it is shipped.
Order Details can then be accessed via the My Orders page. You can navigate here directly using the menu at the top of each page.
Order details can also be accessed by clicking the
button in the 'Order History' section of the My Account page.
Clicking the
button next to the corresponding order on the My Orders page allows you to view details of each order individually. The Status column at the far right of the resulting Order Details page provides an overview of what stage in the order fulfilment process each product is at.
What happens after the order ships?
Products that have been shipped will be marked as Shipped and include the date the parcel left our despatch centre. Clicking on the Shipped status will open Australia Post's tracking website allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
Why has my parcel not moved from BAULKHAM HILLS?
Australia Post only scans parcels and updates delivery the delivery ststus information at key locations. Once the parcel has been received by our local Australia Post Delivery Centre in BAULKHAM HILLS, the next update usually occurs at your local Delivery Centre or Post Office.
This means updated tracking data may be delayed three (3) days or more for orders to WA, SA or NT once the parcel has shipped. Rest assured that this is normal and does not indicate that there are any issues with the delivery.
