The GAME Reward Program replaces the previous Gold Card Rewards Program.
The GAME Reward Card program is operated by TGW PTY LTD trading as GAME and is available to all persons who submit a completed application form. It is valid in all stores owned by GAME in Australia and may be extended at the discretion of GAME.
All cards are issued by and remain the property of GAME.
To earn points, the card member must present their Reward Card to sales staff at the till at the beginning of the transaction. Points will only be added at the time of the purchase and cannot be added at a later date.
Points are awarded on every software & accessory purchase except on the purchase of Gift Vouchers. Other products may be excluded or included at the discretion of GAME.
The card member will receive points on qualifying purchases which is currently calculated at the rate of 10 points for every $1.00 spent. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.
To qualify for any redemption of accrued Rewards Points, a minimum of 5000 points needs to be accrued.
Suitable identification will be required to redeem Rewards Points at store level. Voucher must also be presented to redeem Reward Points.
Redemption value of Rewards Points will be calculated as follows:
- Once 5000 or more Rewards Points have been accrued with a minimum equivalent of $5.50 per 1000 Rewards Points applied, a reward voucher will be issued.
- A minimum equivalent value of $27.50 is applicable for every 5000 Rewards Points.
Rewards Points can be redeemed by way of Reward Voucher against your next purchase, a free gift, a discount against a future product or a selection of products with specific redemption
points attributed to them. (Conditions Apply. GAME will periodically advise what redemption method or methods are available.)
GAME reserves the right to change the redemption level at any time, without prior notice.
Commercial buyers and resellers are exempt from the GAME rewards program and
therefore do not earn any points on purchases. Commercial quantities are decided upon
at the discretion of GAME.
Reward Vouchers will have no redeemable cash value and will have to be presented in-store within a (6) six month period from date of issue.
Reward Vouchers will have to be used in full in one transaction and cannot be used in part. In the event that the Reward Voucher is not used in full, the balance of any remaining credit will be forfeited, no cash will be refunded.
Reward Vouchers will be drawn against a minimum of 5000 Rewards Points and rounded down to the lowest 1000 points. Any unused Rewards Points will be carried forward.
Unused Reward points will not expire as long as customer holds a valid GAME Reward membership.
If the name and address details on the member’s form are incomplete or inaccurate when joining, Customer will not receive Reward Voucher or other special offers.
GAME reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the GAME Reward Card program at any time. If the Reward Card program is terminated (for whatever reason) the card member’s and any household member’s rights to earn or redeem points are lost. GAME will endeavour to inform customers with as much notice as it reasonably can. Redeeming points will constitute acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.
Individual Reward Card accounts may be terminated at any time, at the discretion of GAME, where the card member breaches these Terms and Conditions or GAME reasonably believes that the card member has abused the GAME Reward Card program. GAME reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where a card member is found to have abused the program. A card member may terminate his/her GAME Reward Card at any time.
If the card member does not use their GAME Reward Card for a period of 18 months or over, their Reward Card account may be terminated.
Any printed statements made by GAME regarding the GAME Reward Card and the conditions of use, as stated on the back of the GAME Reward Card, form part of these Terms and Conditions of the GAME Reward Card program.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Rewards will be issued only after they have been verified by GAME. GAME is not liable
for any time delay in issuing vouchers.
Reward vouchers cannot be redeemed online and may only be redeemed in-store.
GAME reserves the right to change terms & conditions without notice at anytime.
