Conditions of Entry
  1. Entry is open to Australian Residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
  2. Promotion commences 23/02/2008. Competition closes 31/05/2008 or before if scratch cards run out. 10,000 game cards distributed. Last day for receipt of entries is 05/06/08 by 5pm AEST. All promotional material including information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry.
  3. To enter, consumers receive one game card per purchase of a Microsoft Xbox 360 from a GAME store. To win, participants must reveal a winning message. Entrants may also participate in the Major Prize Draw for a chance to win 1 x Unique Custom Chopper Motorcycle valued at up to @ $80,000 (includes on-road costs, does not include insurance or other ancillary costs associated with this prize), or an unclaimed prize.
  4. Instant win prizes: 5 x Samsung LCD TVs @ $2,499ea; 100 x exclusive GAME/MTV/Microsoft party tickets @ $75ea (winners must be over 18 to attend) to be held in Sydney ( does not include any transfers,flights or accommodation)1,000 x Hats @ $9.95ea; 1,000 x Live Kits @ $10ea; 1,900 x Game Discount Vouchers @ $5ea; 3,000 x Video Games @ $49.95ea; 3,000 x Survival Kits @ $9.95ea. Total Instant Prize Pool value: $229,145.00. Total Prize Pool Value: $309,145.00.
  5. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
  6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize.
  7. A copy of, or original receipt providing proof of purchase must be attached to any prize claim. Prize claims will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
  8. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
  9. Game cards are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered in any way.
  10. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid claim.
  11. Major Prize (Chopper) and any unclaimed prizes will be drawn at 11.00am 12/06/08 at Tactics Marketing, Unit 4b. 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. The major prize will be awarded to the 1st valid entry drawn. Proof-of-purchase and game card with code used for entry will be requested for verification purposes before prize is awarded.
  12. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
  13. Entry details become the property of the Promoter. Promoter reserves the right to collect personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose entrants personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. If entrants do not provide personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter them into this promotion. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery Departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
  14. All winners of prizes, excluding those prizes distributed at store level, will be notified by mail and winners of prizes with a value of $100 or greater published in The Australian on 20/06/08.
  15. Subject to any directions given under the legislation regulating this promotion, the Promoter will conduct such further draw as is necessary at the same place as the original draw at 11am AEST on 25/09/08 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date. The name of the winner, if any, will be published in The Australian on 01/10/08.
  16. Entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be eligible to claim a prize, or 18 years for Party Ticket prize. If a prize is won by persons under the age of 16, a parent or guardian will be required to claim the prize.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line or satellite network failure, theft or distribution or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries when using the online entry facility.
  18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and subject to any written directions given by the various lottery departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.

PRIZE CLAIMS
If you have won a GAME voucher, Survival Kit, Hat, Live Kit or Xbox 360 Game claim your prize from the Store where you received your game card. Please retain your Microsoft Xbox 360 receipt of purchase as proof-of-purchase may be required to validate your prize claim.

If you have won a Samsung TV or Party Ticket send your winning card and a copy of receipt of purchase to: ‘Xbox 360 Chopper Promotion’, PO Box 7086, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153. Please retain your Microsoft Xbox 360 receipt of purchase as proof-of-purchase may be required to validate your prize claim.

All prize claims must be received by close of business on 5th June 2008.

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
To enter the draw for a chance to win the Custom Chopper Motorcycle or an unclaimed prize, follow the prompts. You must have your game card with you to enter the unique code when prompted. Only one entry per code.

All major prize and unclaimed prize draw entries must be submitted via above website by 5pm 31st May 2008.

Please retain your Microsoft Xbox 360 receipt of purchase as proof-of-purchase may be required to validate your prize claim.
