Will GAME.com.au be closed during Christmas/New Year?
GAME.com.au will be open to accept all orders over the Christmas break. Santa doesn't sleep and neither does our website!
Please be aware that due to to the closure of our Head Office over the Christmas period, we will be unable to respond to customer service requests or process/dispatch orders from 12pm EST on Thursday 24th December 2009 through to 9am EST on Tuesday 29th December 2009.
If I place an order during this period, how long will it take for me to receive it?
We will do our utmost to ensure that all orders are processed, shipped and delivered as quickly as possible upon our return on the 29th December 2009.
Due to high demand during this period, GAME makes no guarantees that it can fulfil all orders. In the event that we cannot fulfil an order, a GAME Customer Service representative will be in contact on our return. Your patience is appreciated.
